Andrew GG’s Sound Calibration Tool (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our software and authenticate via third-party providers like Google or Facebook.

When you choose to sign up or log in using a third-party authentication provider (Google or Facebook), we collect the following information from your profile, in accordance with the permissions you grant:

  • Email Address: Used as your unique identifier and for service communications.
  • Name: Used to create and personalize your user profile.

We do NOT collect:

  • Your password (we never see your Google or Facebook passwords).
  • Your contact lists, timeline posts, or private messages.

We also collect Anonymous Technical Data (such as frequency response logs, calibration curves, and crash reports) to improve the software. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following specific purposes:

  • Authentication: To verify your identity and maintain your login session securely.
  • Service Functionality: To save your calibration profiles, EQ settings, and preferences to your account.
  • Communication: In accordance with our Terms of Service, we may send you emails regarding:
    • Critical updates and bug fixes.
    • News, content, and educational material related to Andrew GG.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data is used strictly for the functionality of the Sound Calibration Tool. We do not share your Google or Facebook user data with advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion (User Rights)

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

  1. Open the application and log in.
  2. Click the “Delete Account” button next to Logout. This will permanently remove your profile, saved configurations, and logged data from our database.

Method 2: Revoking Access via Providers

You can disconnect our app from your social accounts at any time:

  • Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find “Andrew GG’s Sound Calibration Tool,” and click “Remove.”
  • Google: Go to myaccount.google.com > Security > Your connections to third-party apps, find our app, and click “Delete all connections.”

Method 3: Manual Request

To request a complete manual wipe of your data, please contact us at info@andrewgg.one. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Limited Use Policy (Google Compliance)

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
