1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Andrew GG's Sound Calibration Tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a web-based sound calibration tool that allows users to analyze and adjust audio frequency responses. Authentication is provided via third-party services (Google and Facebook).

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided through the Service are the property of Andrew GG or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Real-time Visualization Tool & Attribution

The Service includes a Real-time Visualization Tool utilizing OpenGL and custom shaders (some of which are inspired by or derived from concepts in the Shadertoy community).

  • Mandatory Credit: Any user who utilizes the Visualization tool for public displays, videos, social media content, or commercial projects MUST provide clear and visible credit to the creator.
  • Format: Credit should be given as: "Visuals created using Andrew GG's Tool".
  • Third-party Assets: Users must also respect the original licenses of any third-party code or concepts utilized within the tool.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Andrew GG shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

Users may request account deletion at any time through the in-app Dashboard or by contacting us at info@andrewgg.one.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
